Hi, I’m April from LOAR, a UK women’s performancewear brand. I’m looking for a manufacturer who can help with pattern making, sample development, and small-batch production. The project includes a halter-style bra, high-waisted leggings, and a seamless thong. Bras and leggings use a 76 percent polyamide and 24 percent spandex fabric at around 280gsm. The thong uses an 86 percent nylon and 14 percent spandex blend at about 180gsm with a cotton gusset. I already have full tech packs, measurements, and artwork ready. I’d like to start in November 2025 with samples finished by mid-December. The first production run will be about 900 total units across all styles.
